He is a lime green fish with yellow-green lips and stripes on his back. He also has a mustache and wears a black fedora with a lavender and violet stripe, a lavender necktie, and reddish-brown pants with a black belt

==Role in series==
The dad inc has appeared in only two episodes so far, as well as a book that was based on the one of the episodes that he appeared in. He has been absent in the series for over 20 years ever since his debut in "Scaredy Pants," but he made his comeback in the [[season 13]] episode "Big Top Flop."

After the [[Trick-or-treat inc]] spooks {{Link|SpongeBob}} by telling him "trick-or-treat" while he nervously backs out of the [[Krusty Krab]]. He and the [[Mom inc]] tell him that he is just "SpongeBob ScaredyPants."

==="Big Top Flop"===
He attends the [[circus]] hosted by {{Link|Mr. Krabs}} with Mom inc and Trick-or-treat inc, appearing among the spectators. When Mom inc finds Mr. Krabs' insults rude, Dad inc tells her that he might be an "insult ringmaster," changing Mom inc's opinion and finding the insults funny.
