[[File:65 evolution.jpg|thumb|Evolution of Billy's default design.]]Billy is a short foghorn-shaped lime green fish with orange-red lips and a slightly darker green spiky dorsal fin. He wears a light orange shirt with a scarlet stripe in the middle. In his older appearances, He wore no clothing, Revealing two light orange stripes on his body.
