The fake health inspector is a large light brown fish with brown dark skin on his body. He also appears to be bald, except for a few short hairs on his head and chin. He has a visible double chin, a stitched scar on the right of his face, three moles, and is slightly grouchy-looking.

He is seen on TV as part of an emergency news broadcast in [[Bikini Bottom]], and he passes through various restaurants posing as a health inspector in order to obtain free food. {{Link|Mr. Krabs}} and {{Link|SpongeBob}} think that [[Health Inspector Andy Yellowtail]] in the [[Krusty Krab]] is him.
