Potty is making {{Link|Patchy}} excited as he says that the ladies have come to the party. However, when the door opens, the ladies are actually the female parrots, who have an attraction to Patchy and start kissing him many times. Since Patchy cannot get away from them as his head got blown off his body, he is stuck with the parrots kissing him.
