==Description==
He is a very large and muscular light green fish with a small mustard yellow dorsal fin, orange lips, and a few strands of hair on his head. He wears a dark green speedo with a gray belt that has a red, yellow, blue, and white diamond on the buckle.

==Role in episode==
{{Link|Mr. Krabs}} decides to enter {{Link|Patrick}} in a wrestling match against him using the power of his tantrums. He is first seen wrestling [[Incidental 99]] and ties him into a pretzel and takes a big bite out of him. When his and Patrick's match began, the bell rang which caused Patrick to start a tantrum. Patrick constantly beat up Harry easily with the power of his tantrum and eventually tied him into a pretzel and took a big bite out of him, exactly like he did with Incidental 99.
