He wears a white suit where his face is not shown along with light green goggles and a breathing mask attached to the suit. He also drives a large [[boatmobile]].

He appears after {{Link|SpongeBob}} makes the call informing him about the [[grease]]. {{Link|Mr. Krabs}} and {{Link|Plankton}} try very hard to keep him quiet to protect their profits but SpongeBob eventually tells the health inspector that they were feeding people grease. The health inspector hears this and thought he recognized the smell of the grease, but he also thought that the smell might have been since either Mr. Krabs or Plankton just had not bathed in a while. Plankton tries to cover up the whole ordeal by pinning the blame on Mr. Krabs. But the health inspector isn't fooled and orders both the [[Krusty Krab]] and the [[Chum Bucket]] to be shut down until Mr. Krabs and Plankton get their acts together and have all of the grease cleaned up. He then drives away in his boat.
