==Description==
Incidental 221 is a dark yellow anglerfish with fins for arms that have mustard yellow tips, a spiky mustard yellow and olive green colored dorsal fin, olive green lips with sharp teeth, a lure with an olive green stalk that has a dark yellow bulb with a reddish-orange  arm-like antenna on top of it, large olive green and mustard yellow eyes with white pupils, and violet square and triangle shaped spots on where her nose would be. She wears brown pants with a black belt with a silver buckle.

Incidental 221 has only appeared in one episode in the series so far. Like all "deep sea" type incidentals, she is a lot less common than the other incidental types due to usually being portrayed as a [[Rock Bottomites|Rock Bottomite]].

She is one of the many Rock Bottomites who are waiting in line at the [[Rock Bottom bus station]], being 328th in line, with {{Link|SpongeBob}}, who is behind her, being 329th in line. SpongeBob, irritated from being so far back in the line, states that he is 329th in line and that nobody should forget it. Incidental 221 inflates herself like a balloon and then lays an egg on top of SpongeBob marked with the number 329, seemingly as a way to make sure nobody forgets SpongeBob is 329th in line. The fish who was first in line then finishes what he needed to discuss with the [[Incidental 222|Rock Bottom bus station manager]], making the line move. The Rock Bottomites in the line all step forward, but SpongeBob does not move as quickly as the Rock Bottomites. The egg Incidental 221 laid then hatches, revealing [[three baby fish]] who look exactly like her, except they are smaller and have brighter colors. The three baby fish then step onto the gap in front of SpongeBob, therefore cutting in line, as well as making SpongeBob remain in the 329th place in line, which makes SpongeBob mad. She also watches SpongeBob's tantrum about remaining in the 329th place in line.
