He is a large olive green fish with a beige stomach and lips who wears a Frankenstein costume which consists of a dark blue collared shirt, gray boots with black bottoms, fake stitches on his arms, a black wig, and two silver bolts on the sides of his head.

The original Incidental 41 has appeared in only one episode so far, as well as a book that was based on the one episode that he appeared in. The model number "41" was originally given to him until it was reassigned to a [[Incidental 41|different incidental]] who was originally known as one of the two "fish at snack bar."
