He is a muscular pale green colored fish with a toothless mouth and strands of hair on the back of his head. He wears a pale pink tank top with a darker pink speedo and an indigo and light blue colored captain's hat. He also has thin pink feet.

==Role in series==
Navy inc 3 has only appeared in two episodes so far. Like all "Navy" incidentals, he was firstly portrayed to be one of the Navy buddies at {{Link|Mr. Krabs}}' Navy reunion.
