==Description==
The building, as the name suggests, is modeled after {{Link|Cecil}}'s ripped pants, with the crack in them filled up with four windows, having two doors on the pant legs. In front of the building is a golden statue of Cecil ripping his pants.

==Role in episode==
After the entire [[Patrick and Gary's family|Star family]] accidentally end up in past events in {{Link|SpongeBob}}'s history, Cecil, who ended up on the day [[Ripped Pants|SpongeBob was going to embarrass himself by accidentally ripping his pants]], decided to show him how to properly lift up the stick he was going to lift. This led to Cecil ripping his pants, with his act becoming even more successful than SpongeBob initially did, going on comedy clubs with his act and later assembling an entire fashion empire. However, during winter, Cecil got confronted with an angry mob who were upset at his fashion statement leading to them freezing due to them ripping up their clothing. Before they could do anything, however, Cecil got rescued through the [[time closet]] and returned to the present.
