==Description==
S.A.L. takes the form of a metal cube covered in holes, with a lightbulb on top. It has blinking blue lights shining out of it, which can shift to being red when it is agitated or green when it is scanning. S.A.L. speaks in a calm, male voice. When it is controlling the cabin, this is portrayed by the cabin's light blinking on and off. Additionally, S.A.L. has many robotic arms attached to it. S.A.L. is initially housed in Sandy's dome, but is later moved to Plankton's kitchen.

==Role in episode==
When {{Link|Squidward}} wants {{Link||SpongeBob}} and {{Link||Patrick}} to clean up their cabin, they try shoving their trash into Sandy's dome. Sandy objects and, to fix their problem, renovates the cabin to be self-cleaning. S.A.L. efficiently cleans up the cabin, treats the campers to pizza, and throws them a party. That night, SpongeBob is so impressed by S.A.L. that he decides to invite everyone over to witness it.

At the resulting party, the mess becomes too much for S.A.L. to keep up with. He throws all of the campers out, cleans the cabin, then locks it down to prevent it from getting dirty again. SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, and Sandy try to sneak in later that night, but it ends with Patrick getting stuck halfway through the window. During the commotion, Sandy sneaks back into her dome and deactivates S.A.L., who deliriously sings the "[[Goofy Goober Theme Song]]" while being shut down.

Sandy returns with S.A.L.'s cube, and the cabin restored. However, SpongeBob and Sandy feel bad for S.A.L. and decide to move it somewhere where it can continue helping: Plankton's kitchen, where it advises him on what to add to a stew recipe.
