==Description==
It is a yellow structure hanging from the roof of [[Sandy's submarine]]'s platform. It had blue wires connecting it, and the actual contraption shoots out a green beam that makes things shrink. It is activated by a yellow button inside Sandy's submarine, which has the word "shrink" in capital yellow text.
