H/H Regulation Proposal

*1. No Hurt and Heal may have more than 50 contestants.
*2. Hurt and Heal's must be created with proper formatting, otherwise it will be closed. Proper formatting has been the formatting used in Hurt and Heal: Season 1, and in all subsequent Hurt and Heal's. 
*3. If a Hurt and Heal exceeds one month in length, it will be closed early.
*4.If a Hurt and Heal reaches the 500 message limit, it may not be continued.
:*a. This rule does not apply to Hurt and Heal's in tournament format.
*5.No Hurt and Heal may have a minimum vote span of more than 3 hours.
*6. If a normal Hurt and Heal does not have one contestant eliminated within three days, it will be closed.
:*a. If the Hurt and Heal is in tournament format, it must have one character advance within one week.
:*b. If the Hurt and Heal is a Hurt and Hurt, it must have one character eliminated within two weeks.
*7. Moderators and administrators may close Hurt and Heals's for being too irrelevant.
*8. No Hurt and Heal may have contestants starting with more than 30 HP.
:*a. If the Hurt and Heal is a Hurt and Hurt, contestants may not start with more than 135 HP.
