Description
He is a purple fish with a blue dorsal fin and pink lips. He wears a black top hat with a green stripe, a yellow shirt, a green tie, and brown pants with a black belt that has a light brown buckle.
Role in episode
He is seen talking to someone named Larry about him talking to Andy on his phone when he ends up sinking into Template:Data:Links's rotten chum, which was hidden beneath the ground, as the manhole was not a real one, but one painted with chum instead.
