Description

He is a tan-colored fish with white makeup, blue eyelids, a red nose and pink lips. His forehead is wrinkled, his hair is green, and his dorsal fin is light blue. He wears a beige shirt, purple overalls, a red bow tie with orange polka dots, white gloves, red shoes and a small purple hat decorated with a pink feather.
