In the third comic, ''Just Desserts'', SpongeBob and Patrick start out playing music outside of Squidward's house, where Squidward promptly destroys their instruments.

He tells everyone to panic and when Mr. Krabs comes out of his office, the health inspector tells him he's shutting the Krusty Krab down.
