As well as working on [[Spongebob Comics|SpongeBob SquarePants comics]] for the [[Nickelodeon Magazine|Nickelodeon magazine]] and SpongeBob Comics, he has also written a '{{W|Yo Gabba Gabba!}}' story time book and a silent graphic novel 'YAM: Bite-Sized Chunks' which was published by Top Shelf Publishing. In 2006, Houghton Mifflin included his work in 'The Best American Comics' Series. Barba has also helped design packages for toys, games, and advertisements, and has made TV spots for Trix and Lucky Charms cereals. He's also worked on Emmy Nominated Shows, such as Archibald's Next Big Thing.
