Template:Song "Dear Friend" is an opera aria written by Aaron Springer, sung by Template:Data:Links as his plan to rescue Template:Data:Links from his brainwashing state by Template:Data:Links and persuade him to become his friend again during the climax of the episode "Squidward's School for Grown-Ups."

Trivia

  • This is one of the few opera songs sung in the series.
  • This is the fourth song in which SpongeBob's singing voice is completely different than his regular voice. The first was "Ripped Pants," the second was "Band Geeks," and the third time was "Choir Boys."
