| When {{Link|SpongeBob}} and {{Link|Patrick}} arrive at Dr. Gill's office, Debbie notices SpongeBob's presence. SpongeBob greets Debbie. SpongeBob explains that Debbie is Dr. Gill's hygienist, who is the person who cleans one's teeth.

| Soon, Dr. Gill and Debbie enter the waiting room and the two link hands with SpongeBob. The three then sing, "I brush and floss my teeth each day to ward away that tooth decay!"

| Later, Debbie says that it is time for SpongeBob's teeth cleaning. The first thing they do is take a new x-ray. Debbie then cleans SpongeBob's teeth.

| When it is Patrick's turn, Debbie and Dr. Gill take a look inside of Patrick's mouth.

| After Patrick's teeth are cleaned Debbie tells the two that they can get a new toothbrush.

| The next day, when SpongeBob comes in for his follow-up appointment, Debbie prepares to get ready to help Dr. Gill. However, he says that the two X-rays have been mixed up.
