Description
He is a tall purple fish with a darker fin and lips. He wears a white doctor uniform with teal pants and brown shoes. He has arched eyebrows.
Role in episode

He follows SpongeBob everywhere in the episode, watching his ways of solutions, after he had already told the patients it would not work out.
