Donna is a female fish from the show Spongebob Squarepants. Some characteristics to describe her are a manly voice, blond hair, and apparently a criminal record. She is seen in the episode "Doing Time" when she asks Mrs. Puff, who is on lunch duty, what is today's grub? It was chili... (same as always). She also appears at the very end of the episode in which she is found next to Mrs. Puff in the boat falling towards the retirement home.
