Administrator FlotsamTemplate:Data:References is an administrator fish for the Bikini Bottom Hospital who first appears in the episode "The Lost Mattress."
Description
He is a pale turquoise fish with dark turquoise lips. He wears a light gray suit with a red tie and a pair of black shoes. As of "The Ballad of Filthy Muck," he now wears a small gray fedora with a black ribbon on it. In "Burst Your Bubble," he is olive green, and he wears a red shirt and teal pants.

"The Lost Mattress"
He appears telling Doctor 2 to move Template:Data:Links off of the sidewalk, while he is in his "cash coma." This causes the nurse to push Mr. Krabs off the hill (which probably wasn't what Administrator Flotsam meant).
