The Emergency Mother In Law Program is Karen's mother who appeared when her daughter shorted out from crying in Single Cell Anniversary. She does not like the idea of Plankton being the husband of Karen, saying she could of been with an ATM, Someone who has money. She has not appeared again, she and her husband were only mentioned in The Algae's Always Greener. She is voiced by Jill Talley.
