Description
He works at the prison and owns a guard worm. He is light yellow with an orange dorsal fin and wears a navy police uniform. He has a black mustache and orange lips as well.
Role in series
"Krabby Road"
He shows new police officer Incidental 119 the jail, but when he shows him Template:Data:Links's cell, the latter goes in his mustache and gets out of the prison.
"Toy Store of Doom"
He closes the Toy Barrel store for the night with Incidental 107, narrowly avoiding to catch Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links trespassing.
"Mr. Krabs Takes a Vacation"
He and orange Incidental 119 appear as security guards for the Bikini Bottom Mint.
"Krusty Kleaners"
Though Incidental 119 appears as the security guard of the tank company, at the end, 119-colored Frank appears after the building has been destroyed and quits on the spot.
