Incidental 133 is an incidental character who appears in the episode "Sleepy Time" and the book Comic Number 5. He is classified as a 17th century fish-type incidental.

He is a tan fish with dark tan lips who wears a cream colored powdered wig, a light teal suit with a lavender front collar, and black boots.

Incidentals 120-149's models shown to be absent from the original main model sheet.

Incidental 133 has appeared in only one episode so far, as well as a book based on the episode that he appears in.

He is one of the many fancy fish in Squidward's dream listening to his performance.
