Incidental 155A is an incidental character who appears in the episode "The Cent of Money." He is an alternate model of Incidental 155 (Frank) and is classified as a secondary character-type incidental.
Description
He is an olive green fish with orange lips and fins. He wears a white tank top and indigo shorts. He also has a visible chin and wears a silver lifeguard whistle around his neck.
