Future Cecil is the futuristic counterpart of Cecil Star who appears in The Patrick Star Show episode "Tying the Klop-Knot."
Description
He resembles the regular Cecil, except his hair are spiked, his left eye is black with a red glowing pupil, his legs are replaced with wheels, he has golden belts on his chest, as well as arm bracelets.
