He is a blue-gray shark with a blue-gray dorsal fin, black hair, a black goatee, and a visible pointy nose. He wears a white shirt under a light gray jacket, dark blue pants with a black belt, light gray shoes, and sunglasses. In his preliminary colors, he was purple, and had violet pants.

He appears as one of the many cool patrons at the Blow Your Top Lounge. He is part of the coolest table in the lounge.
