Incidental F23 is an "F" incidental who first appears in the episode "Culture Shock."
Description
He is a short blue fish, with lighter colored fins and lips, a yellow stripe going across his face, and a wavy dorsal fin. He wears a gray tuxedo, with a white undershirt, and a magenta bowtie.
Role in series
Incidental F23 has made only two appearances in the series. He has been portrayed as a fancy fish in both of his appearances and has yet to have his own speaking role.
Roles
"Culture Shock" / Comic Number 4 / Krusty Krab Adventures
He attends to the Krusty Krab to watch the performances. He also gets sent up into the air by Pearl's performance and falls on his back after landing.
"Le Big Switch"
He is one of the many Fancy! customers who grab SpongeBob's leg and beg him not to leave because his Krabby Patties were delicious. SpongeBob ends up dragging all of the customers into the Krusty Krab, and they all eat on the floor because Mr. Krabs could not afford to buy more furniture.
