He is a big, round, light green head and wears a purple hat with a light blue diamond on it. He has a black unibrow, light yellow eyes, and eight sharp teeth.

He appears as the commercial announcer and mascot for Mr. Magic's Magical Kit. He appears in the commercial talking to Charlie about the product.

He appears again when SpongeBob and Patrick decide to visit him after the ice cream that SpongeBob thought was Squidward melted.
