The purple old lady is a character who appears in the episodes "Super Evil Aquatic Villain Team Up is Go!" and "Upturn Girls."
Description
She is a tall elderly purple fish with square-shaped curly black hair. She wears a red dress, a white pearl necklace, white pearl bracelets, and green glasses.

When SpongeBob runs into the ladies' choice dance at Shady Shoals Rest Home, she asks him to dance with her. The sweet old lady then asks SpongeBob to dance with her as well, which causes an argument between the two old ladies. All the other old ladies then pile over SpongeBob, wanting to dance with him.
