Patrick's nose is a body part obtained by Patrick via plastic surgery in the episode "No Nose Knows."
Description
It is a long, pale-orange nose with a nostril included.
Role in episode
After suffering jealousy over the fact that all of his friends have a nose unlike him, Patrick decides to get a nose himself via plastic surgery at Noses 'n Things. When he comes out of the place, he aggressively shreds the bandages off and reveals his new nose. Patrick finally has the ability to smell and embraces his new nose by smelling numerous surroundings, such as baked pastries, deodorant, and freshly cut grass. However, he also notices some rancid smells, such as Squidward's cheese, and eliminates them on sight, much to the displeasure of others.
As Patrick's obsession with freshening environments has gone too far, SpongeBob, Sandy, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs want the nose gone. So, they gather up a garbage ball full of the most foul trash in Bikini Bottom and present it to Patrick in hopes to disintegrate the nose with its awful smell.
They are successful in doing so, however Patrick is remorseful over this loss, so he holds a funeral for his nose. When the other four say something about him at the end, Patrick is shown with a giant pair of ears, claiming that he heard what they said, as the episode ends, implying that he underwent surgery to get ears as well.
