Spot's grandchildren are the offspring of Spot's children. They appear in the episode "Spot Returns."

Description

They are small, green blobs of amoeba. They soon turn into one giant green amoeba puppy.

Role in episode

The amoeba puppies eat some treats, and begin rapidly reproducing offspring. Karen finds the puppies cute, and she squashes them all together to form one giant amoeba puppy. Plankton then gets crushed by it.
