Am I correct in thinking that the InputUsername script needs to be added to MediaWiki:ImportJS in order for this template to work? If so, could an administrator please add the relevant text to the aforementioned MediaWiki namespace page, as the absence of this script appears to have broken quite a bit, especially on userpages.
