Synopsis

SpongeBob and Patrick babysit some babies.

SpongeBob and Patrick start a babysitting business, and a woman calls them down to babysit her kids. They successfully take care of her kids and start going around town, trying to find more people who need babysitting help.

An old woman asks SpongeBob and Patrick to help babysit her baby, and when they accept, she runs off happily. When they go inside, they realize the supposed baby is extremely ugly and can talk, but they still treat her like a regular baby and name her Baby Prunes.

Baby Prunes tries to escape.

The two feed, play games, and put Baby Prunes to bed, and afterwards, SpongeBob goes into the bathroom preparing a bath for her. In there, he finally realizes that Baby Prunes is actually an extremely old woman, after spotting her last 137th birthday card. Unfortunately, a sleepy Patrick accidentally lets her run free due to him thinking she is a dog, before SpongeBob can tell him that she is not a baby. The two get worried and try looking for her, only to end up in a sewing circle, where the old women in there spit on their cloth and rub it on them.

Meanwhile, Baby Prunes is doing extreme sports and activities, until eventually, SpongeBob and Patrick reach her again. They are happy to see her again, but Baby Prunes is mad at them for treating her like a baby and beats them up with a game of boxing. This makes Baby Prunes tired and fall asleep, and the episode ends with the pair walking into the distance with Baby Prunes in her wheelchair.

General

Before this episode premiered on February 8, 2020, Amazon accidentally released it on July 31, 2019, alongside with its sister episode "Jolly Lodgers" until it was taken down by Nickelodeon a few days later.
- This is the third time that an episode was released by Amazon until it got taken down by Nickelodeon. The first was "Surf N' Turf" and the second was "Jolly Lodgers."
The title is a pun on "babysitting," referencing the babysitting theme of the episode and the elderly woman's irritability.
This episode was paired up with "Who R Zoo?" during the original American airing, but has since been re-airing with "Jolly Lodgers."
Promos claimed that this episode was going to air first, however the unveiled episode that was pairing aired first while this aired second.
This episode marks the first appearance of Mary's mother in 18 years since "Chocolate with Nuts."
- Also, both episodes are written by Kaz.
This is the second episode where Old Man Jenkins' barn appears without Old Man Jenkins. The first was "High Sea Diving."
Some of the surfers from "SpongeBob SquarePants vs. The Big One" briefly reappear in this episode when they are surfing on lava out of a volcano.

This episode was originally going to premiere in Australia and New Zealand on February 15, 2020, but got delayed to February 22 to coincide with the Best Besties Ever event.^{[citation needed]}
In the UK and Ireland, the scene where SpongeBob uses the staplers on the pram is removed; however, the staples in said pram can still be seen.^[3] The scene is not edited on Cúla4 airings in Ireland.^{[citation needed]}

 ==Synopsis==
-SpongeBob and Patrick started make their own business which is babysitting. SpongeBob and Patrick shows Squidward about babysitting by using him as a baby. But Squidward thinks that they are not good at babysitting. Until a mother asks them that she needs to babysit a bunch of babies. In a montage, the babies starts crying. Patrick makes funny faces to make the babies stop crying, Patrick uses SpongeBob for putting spoons in the holes to feed the babies, SpongeBob grabs dozens of plates falling from the shelf which the baby falls off and grabs it with a net but the plates fall. SpongeBob and Patrick has to take out the diapers, and puts them to sleep. The mom arrives seeing that SpongeBob is reading a bedtime story and Patrick sleeping with the babies, which the mom pays them.

SpongeBob thinks that he finds a baby, so he turns around the wheel chair he sees Mary's Mom mother sleepling. Patrick begins to frighten saying that "That is the most ugliest baby I've ever seen". SpongeBob says "All babies are so supposed to beautiful even the ugly ones". SpongeBob and Patrick doesn't know what her name is, Patrick thinks that she look she took in the bathtub too long, so SpongeBob and Patrick decided to name her Baby Prunes. While they started giggling Mary's Mom wakes up tells them "Where's Lazy Mary?". Patrick thinks that the baby says her first word. Mary yells "HELP HELP IT'S A ROBBERY!" and SpongeBob gives her pacifier. SpongeBob thinks that Baby Prunes is mimicking was she says which is babbling. Mary's Mom spits out the pacifier at Patrick saying that she's not babbling. Patrick begins to feed Mary's Mom with baby food, which Mary's Mom spits out the baby food to Patrick and eats it. Patrick begins to play with Mary's Mom with blocks, Mary's Mom trapped them in a prison cell made with blocks. They've been here in this prison cell for 3 hours, SpongeBob makes a jailbreak on the left, and Patrick makes jailbreak on the right which didn't break and starts shaking. Mary's Mom tries to escape by using her tongue as a key to open the front door. Until SpongeBob found her and sent her to bed. SpongeBob prepares a bath for Mary's Mom and Patrick begins to faze out. Mary's Mom uses the secret door so she can escapes. Mary's Mom uses her tongue as a key to open the front door, but Patrick continues to faze out thinks that Mary's Mom is a puppy. Mary's Mom began to bark and Patrick opens the front door to think that Mary's Mom is a puppy. SpongeBob is about to tell Patrick that Baby Prunes isn't a baby she's an old lady but it was too late, he let Mary's Mom out of the house. So they began to scream and run around in circles. SpongeBob asks Patrick that "If you were an old lady, where would you go." But Patrick doesn't know, he thinks go back in time. SpongeBob asks Patrick that "What about a sewing circle, Patrick thinks a sewing circle back in time, and continues to run around in circles, and SpongeBob grabs Patrick.
