| He first appeared in the episode when he was in the hospital room saying he broke his legs. A week before the Bikini Bottom Marathon, he breaks several of his bones. He is taken to the [[Bikini Bottom Hospital]]. His bones are replaced by {{Link|SpongeBob}} by putting a fish skeleton into his body. However, he broke his legs when SpongeBob ran him over with a cart when he was out of control in [[Mrs. Puff]]'s iron lung, injuring him again.
