Description
It is a black sea snail with a blue swirl on its shell. It has a blue body, a dark purple underside, and red-orange eyes. Since snails are the equivalent of cats in Bikini Bottom, Black is a reference to black cats, which are sometimes associated with bad luck.
Role in episode
Mr. Krabs goes to Floater's Cemetery to find the soda drinking hat. While there, he gets scared by a clam and scallops before stumbling upon Black. The snail hisses and slithers away, scaring Mr. Krabs even more.
