| He is a light blue and turquoise fish that wears red-orange shorts and makes regular cameos at the [[Krusty Krab]]. He has blue lips, blue arms and legs, and a blue fin. He usually appears as a citizen or simply a [[Krusty Krab]] customer. He is voiced by [[Dee Bradley Baker]]. A bikini-wearing version appears alongside him in the episode "[[SpongeGuard on Duty]]." He also seems to be fond of magic because in the episode "[[Hocus Pocus]]," he stars in a magic kit commercial and really seems to enjoy the product.
