| Incidental 1C has made a decent amount of appearances throughout the series. He is the most commonly used alternate variant of Incidental 1. He has appeared to be slightly absent from the franchise ever since [[season 11]] (after which [[Vincent Waller]] explained on {{Time|May 29}}, {{Time|2020}} that "For a long time, he was just an incidental, with no 'rule' as to his color")<ref>https://twitter.com/VincentWaller72/status/1266433786524254208</ref> but he does however make occasional appearances afterwards.
