He is a big brown fish with a black shirt and black glasses. He has a very buff appearance.

"Mind the Gap"
He throws Squidward out when SpongeBob is performing and he is making the performance look bad because of his bad clarinet playing.
He appears again at the end of the episode where he grabs Squidward really hard by the neck and will not let him leave until he pays for the damages first.
"Say Awww!"
He is one of the stronger fish towards the bottom of the pyramid created in order to escape from Q.T.-π.
