Bruiser is a gray fish, a prisoner at a maximum security prison. He only appeared in The Inmates of Summer. He speaks in a distinct "New York" accent (essentially mimicing that of famous comedian Lou Costello). It is unrevealed what he got arrested for, and he seems to be the smartest of all the inmates. His friend, with whom he shares a Laurel and Hardy-esque relationship, has blue scales and is highly unintelligent. It is bruiser that plans on using Spongebob and Patrick's "convincing stage craft" to escape the island prison, although this inevitably fails. He is later seen making macaroni art at Sun-fun Island. He was voiced by Clancy Brown.
