She is an orange fish who wears a white T-shirt and has pinkish black puffy hair, a green back fin, and pink lips.
Role in episode
She is the bus driver of the bus that SpongeBob and Patrick take in order to go to Goo Lagoon. They annoy her by pestering her and screaming in her face, resulting in her kicking them off the bus.
