Unknown incidental 28 is an unknown incidental character who appears in the episode "The Night Patty." While his model number is currently unknown, he is however known to be a "deep sea" type incidental.
Description
He is a lumpy deep green anglerfish with a sentient cyan lure that has a greenish-yellow head with one blue eye and a sharp mouth. He also has cyan lips and greenish-yellow fins and wears a scarlet polo shirt and reddish-brown pants.
Role in episode
He is one of the many customers at the Krusty Krab night shift where he is the last customer to grab a Krabby Patty using his sentient lure.

- It is likely that he was originally a prototype incidental character for "Rock Bottom."
