Captain Lutefisk is the captain of the Demolition Derby. He was revealed to be friends with Mrs. Puff from way back in the day. His first appearance was in Demolition Doofus. He does appear again the episode, and does not reveal to the viewers if he knew of Mrs. Puff's plan to kill SpongeBob. He also did not seem concerned by Mrs. Puff's disinflation. It is unknown if he will appear in future episodes.
