He is a dark green fish who wears a light purple robe. He lives in Waverly Hills, located in Bottom's Up!

Role in game
He appears when Cowfish Craig steals one of his golden coconuts, which angers him. SpongeBob gets it back for him and gives him a King's Ransom, which is 25 cents. He is last seen in the final cutscene at SpongeBob's private party.
