Gameplay
Spongebob is trying to keep his teeth clean. Help him by using the toothbrush to rub over Spongebob's rotting teeth. Avoid letting candy touch Spongebob's teeth or else it turns even more rotten. The game ends when you let a rotting tooth fall out.

- The picture of Spongebob's teeth is from The Battle of Bikini Bottom episode.
- In the game, Spongebob's toothbrush is green, despite the title screen showing a blue toothbrush.
