A Poem is a poem Patrick wrote when he was in school. It was shown in a flashback of Patrick's in the episode "Sing a Song of Patrick".
The verses of the poem were:
"Roses Are Red,
Violets Are Blue,
Sugar is Sweet
This Is What I Have For You!After Un-mistakenly reading the poem to his gym class, Patrick ate it. The gym teacher said, "How many times do I have to tell you this is gym class?!", and then Patrick got hit with dodgeballs.<poem></poem>
