Cindy[1] is a minor character who first appears in "Squeaky Boots."
Description
She is a light blue fish with light blue fins and light purple lips. She wears a dark purple skirt and flipper slippers.
Role in series
Cindy has made very few appearances in the series so far. She has been retired from the series for many years ever since her debut in "Squeaky Boots." She then made a comeback in the season 11 episode "Whale Watching." After that appearance she has been retired from the series for a short time once again but she then made a second comeback in the season 12 special "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout." In many of her few appearances, she has been seen alongside Incidental 11. She has yet to have her own speaking role and was firstly designed to be a friend of Template:Data:Links.

"Squeaky Boots" / Comic Number 3
She appears at Pearl's birthday party alongside three other friends. Like the others, she wears flipper slippers, which makes Pearl wish for some too. She and the others laugh at Pearl when Template:Data:Links gives her cheap, black rubber boots instead.
"The Chaperone"
She was mentioned by Pearl when she pushed her friends away and told them to see how ugly her dress is.
"Whale Watching"
She appears as a teenager partying with the other teenagers until Template:Data:Links comes to crash the party.
"SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"
She appears alongside Incidental 11 at SpongeBob's surprise party. Both of them are wearing their flipper slippers again and are enjoying Template:Data:Links.
"Upturn Girls"
She appears as one of the "lovely" customers at the Krusty Krab sloppily eating her food with Incidental 11.
"Say Awww!"
She is part of the large pyramid that the Bikini Bottomites form to escape Q.T.-π.
"Abandon Twits"
She is seen snorkeling with Incidental 11 in Goo Lagoon where they eat Krabby Patties right through their snorkeling masks.
"Friendiversary"
She is seen eating at the Krusty Krab with Incidental 11. The two are also seen together in Squidward's picture of a Kelpy G concert.
Trivia
- She is the only character who still regularly wears flipper slippers. Incidentals 7, 8, and 11 used to wear flipper slippers in their older designs but no longer wear them in their current designs.
- Despite being a minor character, she appears to have roles that are more similar to incidental characters.
