Clem is the leader of Plankton's Cousins whom so far first and only appears in Plankton's Army.
When he shook Plankton's hand you could tell it was dirty because it was on Plankton's hand. His name is revealed when he shook Plankton's hand. He is the same as Plankton except he is a lighter shade of green and he has a blue hat. He is hillbilly like the rest of Plankton's cousins. When Mr. Krabs scares away all of Plankton's cousins by tricking them that there is Plankton in Krabby Patties. This causes that to all run away except Clem because he said he can't read.
