Character
Clem Plankton was the leader of Plankton's Cousins, who so far, only appeared in the episode "Plankton's Army." When he shook Plankton's hand you could tell it was dirty because it was on Plankton's hand. His name is revealed when he shook Plankton's hand. He was the same as Plankton except he was a lighter shade of green and he had a blue hat. He was a hillbilly like the rest of Plankton's cousins. When Mr. Krabs scares away all of Plankton's cousins by tricking them that there is Plankton in Krabby Patties. This causes them to all run away except Clem because he said he can't read, though Mr. Krabs ordered him to run away anyway. He's also the boss of the level Rock Bottom in Plankton's Robotic Revenge.
